AEEGSI Resolution 653 of December 23, 2015, amended by Resolution 038 of February 4, 2016, examines the issue of quality of electricity supplied to HV and EHV users by imposing new requirements to them, but also offering the opportunity to take advantage of future compensation for quality of delivery outside of specific taxes to distributors.
In particular:
- Art. 24 REQUIRES each HV / EHV customer:
to send quarterly to TERNA, for each year of the 2017-2023 period, the voltage measurements and power factor based on 15’ period, according to the diagram in “Tiqtra.xlsx File” attached to resolution.
- Art. 23 OFFERS each HV / EHV customer:
the ability to take advantage of regolations in its favor, which will set by AEEGSI, following his participation in the power quality monitoring campaign. The monitoring campaign will have as its object the voltage dips and transient failures (outages lasting <1 second).
- HV / EHV user who wants to participate in the monitoring campaign, will be equipped with a measuring and monitoring device compliant with Terna “Equipment for voltage dips monitoring: specification rev. 1.0 of 31.03.2016 “and will report to Terna his intention to participate. You can report your intention to participate at Terna until December 31, 2016.
TW-TeamWare offers a solution that simultaneously satisfy both the requests of AEEGSI.
The solution provides:
- supplying a WallyA-RTU measuring station, certified in accordance with EN61000-4-30 Class A and EN50160, TERNA certified, for measuring all power quality parameters, compliant to AEEGSI resolution n. 653/2015 (038/2016 and amendments).
- Restricted access to Web portal EDS_WebPro, powered by TW-TeamWare, which allows customers to view and work directly with HV recorded data.
WallyA-RTU device is equipped with plug-in to:
- communicate with the “MONIQUE” TERNA system (also supplied by TW-TeamWare Srl) for transfer to TERNA of monitoring data as referred in Art. 23 of Decision 653/2015
- record measures as referred in Art. 24 of the same resolution.
