TeamWare joins the COL Group

On November 30 2021, the acquisition of TW-TeamWare by COL, a Turin-based company controlled by Oaktree Capital Management, specialized in supplying components and advanced solutions for intelligent high and medium voltage power grids, was finalized.

The COL Group headquarters is in Trofarello (TO), and the Group has 168 people, also located at the Belpasso (Catania) and Milan (TeamWare) plants.

The highly innovative technology portfolio developed by TeamWare in electrical metering systems, energy quality systems, smart grid automation and remote control of the energy sector, together with Col’s product portfolio, are key elements for the energy transition, one of the pillars of Col.

The TeamWare headquarters will remain in Milan. The aggregate turnover of the Group will exceed 100 million euros in 2021.
